To quit is sometimes important and the only thing to do.

Currently, the entire social service in Catalonia is so compromised that it had to change its name. The situation is extremely serious and creepy.

Please make sure that the support system in each city—child protection, mother protection, and third-age protection—is functional and decent. There is a lot of work to do…

As an idea, I have barely survived since 2023, but I do not regret the fact that I refused to collaborate with something like that. I will never help a corrupt system. Moreover, I am proud of myself, that although I had to pass difficult exams for another job as an interpreter, collaborating with the legal system, I passed the exams and refused to sign the contract, a type of contract which, again, I don't know how it can be legal…

It sucks to be left without a job, without anything, but I took it on because you won't see me working happily in corrupt teams and making friends with abusers.

Once more, the recruiting department evaluates the gap in a working experience as negative. Well, you might want to change your perspective on that mental processing. In my case, if I had left, there would be significant reasons for me to make such a decision.

Would you stay in an abusive situation that affects vulnerable individuals and just be ok with it, because it brings a monthly payment?
