Imposed vulnerability is human trafficking.
We cut opportunities to certain groups of people, yet we rely on them, even for basic things that the majority of cultures still refuse to discuss.
As an immigrant woman with green eyes and lower opportunities, I can assure you I'm more invited to perform night shifts or to get married than I have the chance of pursuing my career.
I can work night-shifts, no problem, in a system of equity, where my brain counts, as time and effort were involved in developing it.
The fact that human trafficking exists and that certain groups, especially forgotten immigrants, are used is a problem that I would like to address with all cities that consider themselves competitive in the inclusion strategy.
