We know for sure that external factors influence the mental state of a person, of any person, therefore identifying those external disturbances and doing something about it at the social level is the first step, then we can go on talking about personal development and individual challenges.

This is a call for:
Complementary social dynamics
Open Support Network

Life is as it is, cruel, and life´s crisis are nothing but generalized, not a single one of us escapes it, therefore, a support network that works would be nice.

Life´s crisis:
Losing a part of the body, a loved one (divorce), losing a job, etc.

Mourning – Grief
Grief it´s personal and each person needs a specific time and support to recover from the loss of someone dear. As intensity and importance, it´s compared to losing a part of the body.

Pain – How much pain can a person take?
How to make it easier? Closed social circle, closer to 0.
Perspectives open from different angles,
but in certain moments in our lives
these possibilities remain invisible.

Pain Relieve
Interior activities (Arts, Music, Writing, Reading, Videogames)
Exterior Activities (Sports, Walks in nature)
Imagination can be used to relieve pain, but there are also many types of pain and different intensities. In lack of care and trying to have a ¨normal life¨ some will adapt and control a whole orchestra of pain intensity.

Suicide
Scapegoat factor and social influence on individuals and families.
In certain areas, autism is confused with ¨evil¨ and this must stop.

Social factor – Trauma – Post Traumatic Symptom
People’s reactions to trauma kind of directly exclude the victim so pushed away. Seeing pain is uncomfortable, so we avoid it as a natural reaction because we haven´t been taught differently.

Emotional Regulation
People lose control and then lose everything they have as nobody teaches them how to react to complex negative emotions. Emotional regulation is vital from school days to adulthood.

Suicide prevention – Inclusion, acknowledging the differences.
It´s totally absurd that social judgment and negative projection are still in use and so many people suffer from solitude.

Gossip is so frequent that it continues online, demonstrating that networking is possible. If ¨educated¨ people reunite for bullying reasons then they might be easily orientated towards some useful purpose.

Aporophobia creates vulnerability and kills, the same as racism and any type of social intolerance. We share a space and education should go towards understanding interculturality, as we are extremely mixed by now and where people are not mixed enough, genetics strikes hard.

Balanced thinking, key choices, and financial decisions can be made in a certain situation of economic stability and that has to do with other factors that determine reality.

Understanding basics like human rights and equality would help with prosocial behavior. For now, the victim is blamed and the demands towards persons in vulnerable situations are absurd from A to Z. We cannot ask someone whose entire existence is damaged by the situation to change the situation and keep repeating ¨you can do it¨.
