Hot Wave Emergency

Essay fragment for Human Rights by Oana Maroti

Last year, in winter, it was an emergency situation, the cold wave, people died, and many others were evacuated in the cold.

This years, right now there is another emergency situation heatwave even more deaths, and people evacuated in full street display.

In winter, I have asked for help from many institutions in different cities. From the last emergency situation to today, in the next emergency situation, those in charge were more into unsatisfactory choreography and closing communication than into solving problems.

Conclusion: The Strategy Planning is shallowly made. Who made it that badly is corrupt or just not knowing how to plan? Let's change it, and give people a chance to live at least for the next season.

There are some people left in oblivion for years, and they are in danger… Incredibly, they are alive, but still…

A society deals with emergency situations with class, strategy, and anticipation, except if it's so corrupt that it has no clue of what it's supposed to do.
