Beauty Invasion

Beauty Invasion in the Hiroshima Garden, here in Barcelona.

Although it is a memorial site, this garden is a tiny area that serves as a meeting spot for dogs and where few trees remain.

In summer, this magnificent plant—the bougainvillea, bugambilia—takes over the space: it spreads across the bridge, thrives amidst the concrete, and climbs to cloak the wall in magenta.
