Having blonde or white hair does not imply that we speak Polish or Dutch. I am deeply annoyed by the algorithmic associations that arise from these characteristics. In fact, on any work platform I use, the system matches me with others based on hair and skin color. The truth is that AI does not help me at all; I need it to help me find a job, not to identify people with low melanin levels—since those individuals are quite easy to spot with the naked eye. At the beach, we stand out—both before sunbathing and afterwards, when we turn the color of a boiled shrimp.
